The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District maintains a safety
and loss prevention program aimed at benefiting the Districts'
students, employees, and visitors by minimizing the potential for
serious accidents and injuries. One example was the addition of safety
carpeting on hallway ramps that helped minimize instances of 'slip and
fall'. This initiative was implemented through the input of the
District's Safety Council. The Council also analyzes accident trends,
reviews claims history, and strives to implement controls aimed at
preventing future accident recurrences. Any questions contact Frank Primiani, Health and Safety Officer, 201-416-8100 ext 3816.
