Dear Ramapo Indian Hills Parents/Guardians:

You may have already heard that the devastating earthquake in Haiti personally affected Dr. Pierre Barreau, a French teacher who works at both Indian Hills and Ramapo.

Dr. Barreau has lost his sister-in-law and 3 of her children. He has lost 2 brothers, a sister, and a cousin.  His brother, who is in a hospital in Florida, has lost 2 grandchildren, but told Pierre that his mother and other sisters are safe.

Pierre is going to Haiti February 5th to pay tribute and respect to his family and others.
