Signing AUP / Laptop Agreement

The yearly Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) will be available via the Parent Access on Genesis. 

The AUPs can be found under the Forms section in Parent Access. 

BOTH parent and student will have their own forms to sign-off on.  Keep in mind that students have their own access to the Parent Portal using their assigned student credentials. 

Instructions to complete the 2022-2023 RIH Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use Policy:

Parent / Guardian Copy:

• Log into Parent Access: https://parents.rih.org (using the parent account)
• Click on Forms under STUDENT DATA Tab
• Click on 2022-2023 RIH Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use Policy (Parents)
• Go through each section of the form:

• Media Release
• Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use
• Statement on Cheating
• Laboratory Safety Regulations

• Check box to confirm that you have reviewed the material
• Submit form by clicking on Update Answers

Student  Copy:

• Log into Parent Access: https://parents.rih.org (using the student credentials)
• Click on Forms under STUDENT DATA Tab
• Click on 2022-2023 RIH Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use Policy (Students)
• Go through each section of the form:

• Laptop Agreement / Acceptable Use
• Statement on Cheating
• Laboratory Safety Regulations

• Check box to confirm that you have reviewed the material
• Submit form by clicking on Update Answers
