RIH Emergency Virtual or Remote Instruction Plan
An approved Emergency Virtual or Remote Instruction Plan is required by the NJDOE for any district closure exceeding three consecutive school days due to the previously mentioned conditions. A day of virtual or remote instruction, if implemented under a plan approved by the Commissioner of Education, is considered equivalent to a full day of school attendance for meeting state and local graduation requirements, awarding course credit, and other matters as determined by the Commissioner of Education. This plan will ensure that RIH students continue to receive high-quality, standards-based instruction during such closures. Please click here for the RIH Emergency Virtual or Remote Instruction Plan |
