2020-21 School Year - Laptop Distribution


FRESHMEN AND TRANSFER STUDENTS

The designated laptop pick up days for incoming freshmen and transfer students will be August 27th and August 28th.  Pickup will be based on the following schedule at each school:

Student & Parent must complete all three requirements before picking up the district issued laptop

    ( NOTE: AUPs for Freshmen and Parents were sent out separately on August 23rd, please check your email accounts )
  3. Pay for Insurance via MySchoolBucks - [ Additional Details ]

Due to the pandemic, our number one priority is to keep you, your student, our staff and other members of the community safe.  We are making EVERY effort to keep the time of interaction to a minimum during the pickup process. 

In order to accomplish this, we will NOT be able to check the status of your insurance payment or if both AUPs have been signed in real time.  We ask that you complete ALL of the requirements the night before your scheduled pickup.  Keeping in mind that both student and parent will need to sign their respective AUP / Laptop Agreements.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  





RETURNING STUDENTS

All returning students will be issued a new 13" MacBook Air for the 2020-21 school year as well.

The exact process and dates of the exchange will occur after school starts and announced shortly.  Returning student & parent must meet the following requirements before the units can be issued:

  • Review & Sign the 2020-21 Acceptable Use Policy / Laptop Agreement - [ Additional Details ]
    (Returning students' AUPs will be sent out on or before Labor Day )
  • Pay for Insurance via MySchoolBucks - [ Additional Details ]
