Indian Hills High School is excited to announce the appointment of Daniel Marangi as the new head football coach for the Indian Hills Braves. With a strong history of success and a clear passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field, Coach Marangi is set to lead the Braves to new heights in the upcoming seasons.
Coach Marangi brings with him a proven record of success that includes ten State Championships and two High School National Championships as a Defensive Coordinator at both Don Bosco Prep and St. Joseph Regional. In his most recent stint as the Head Coach of perennial powerhouse Saint Joseph Regional, he compiled a 24-15 record over 4 years.
His deep commitment to his players is shown through the time and effort he takes to bridge connections to athletic programs beyond high school. He has been instrumental in helping his players transition into college athletics at all levels.

"His commitment to student athletes, his leadership, vision, and coaching philosophy stood out during the selection process. We believe that Coach Marangi will not only enhance the competitiveness of our football program, but also contribute to the overall development of our student-athletes school-wide."

We eagerly anticipate the positive impact Coach Marangi will have on both our players and the entire Indian Hills Community.”
Coach Marangi expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating, "It's an honor and a privilege to be named the Head Football coach of Indian Hills High School. I look forward to continuing all of the great work that has been started with the Oakland Recreation program and the relationship Indian Hills has there, as well as, working with the other FLOW communities and recreation departments in all of our program endeavors. My goal is to build a program that fosters a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal growth. I’m excited to work with all the talented student-athletes, faculty and administration at Indian Hills and help them achieve success both on and off the field."
The community is invited to meet Coach Marangi during meet-and-greet events that will be scheduled after the holiday break. Coach Marangi is excited to host events in each of the FLOW towns.
