As a general practice and for security reasons, students do not have permission to download software/application on their district issued laptop. 

In certain situations, students may be instructed by the ITC support staff to visit the Self Service app to self install a specific application for a particular course, to resolve an issue with an existing application or to install a configuration setting. 

The Self Service app can be found under the Applications folder.  Keep in mind, due to licensing issues, certain software listed in the Self Service Portal are restricted and can only be installed on an as needed basis.
