Strategic Initiatives

The Director of Strategic Initiatives supports the development and coordination of district-wide strategic priorities to ensure that the district's vision and district goals are translated into actionable plans that advance student achievement, operational effectiveness, and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data to inform decision-making, supporting grant development and compliance, and researching innovative practices to strengthen systems, improve outcomes for students, and ensure alignment between strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
