Student Schedules and Important Announcements
Student schedules will be available in Genesis at 4 PM Today (Monday, August 25).
Before the schedule is accessible, parent/guardian must complete all necessary forms in Genesis:
- 2025-26 RIH Laptop Agreement / AUP (Parent version)
- Senior Open Campus Form (If applicable)
- Underclassmen Adjusted Arrival / Dismissal Option (If applicable)
Students will be able to access their schedule afterwards in their own Genesis account by completing their own form:
- 2025-26 RIH Laptop Agreement / AUP (Student version).
For New Students:
Incoming freshmen and new students have their own Genesis accounts to complete their AUPs. Their account credentials can be found within the parent Genesis account. These credentials will be used for all school systems, including Genesis, Schoology, Google, and computer access.

Deadline for Laptop Insurance and AUPs
The deadline for laptop insurance and both parent and student Laptop Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is September 19, 2025.
For proper record-keeping, please pay the yearly insurance fee through MySchoolBucks.
Laptop Distribution for Incoming Freshmen
Laptops will be distributed and ID card photos taken during freshman orientation. Please complete the following requirements by September 19, 2025:
- Review the Laptop Training Presentation
- Sign the Acceptable Use Policy
- Pay the Yearly Insurance via MySchoolBucks
If your student can't make the orientation, there will be other opportunities once school starts.
Schoology Login Update
Schoology, our learning management system (LMS), now uses Google single sign-on (SSO).
Make sure you are using the correct link to access Schoology: https://rih.schoology.com. When prompted, select/enter your district email account to proceed.
