To keep lines short and help our schools prepare for graduation and year-end closing, please note the updated deadlines and requirements below. Keep an eye out for building-specific instructions coming soon!
Laptop Return Deadlines:
- Seniors: Tuesday, June 16th
- Underclassmen: Friday, June 19th
Checklist to Avoid Fees:
To avoid replacement charges, please return your district laptop with its exact accessories:
- The District Laptop
- Original Brenthaven Case (Replacement fee: $59.95)
- USB-C 2M Charging Cable (Replacement fee: $29.00)
- 20W Charging Adapter (Replacement fee: $19.00)
Payments for missing items can be made ahead of time through MySchoolBucks.
Backup Your Files:
Before turning in your laptop, ensure your files are safely backed up!
- Seniors: Your school Google Account will be deactivated on July 15th, 2026. Please take the necessary steps to download or transfer files that you will need to a personal device or email account.

New Laptop Distribution:
We will begin distributing new laptops in early August. Distribution will start with our rising seniors to ensure they have their laptops for the college application process. More details to follow.
