Year-End Student Laptop Collection

Please note that all district-issued laptops must be returned at the end of the school year. We are sharing these details now to help your family plan accordingly.

Collection Schedule & Requirements

The return window begins on Monday, June 15th, with a final drop-off deadline of Friday, June 19th.  To avoid replacement fees, please ensure the following items are returned together:

  • The District Laptop
  • Original Brenthaven Case (Missing fee: $59.95)
  • USB-C Charging Cable (Missing fee: $29.00)
  • 20W Charging Adapter (Missing fee: $19.00)

Preparation and Next Steps

While exact drop-off/collection logistics for each school will be announced as we approach June, students should begin preparing their devices now.  We will post helpful tips for backing up personal and school-related files via the Schoology portal in the coming weeks to ensure no important data is lost during the transition.

Looking ahead, we will begin distributing new laptops in early August. Distribution will start with our rising seniors to ensure they have their laptops for the college application process. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we refresh our technology for the upcoming school year.
