Exemplary Secondary Educator Recognition Program

April 1, 2021

To our RIH community:

Beginning today, the Ramapo Indian Hills School District will be participating in the Exemplary Secondary Educator Recognition Program!  This is a new version of the state’s former Educator of the Year program.  We encourage you to nominate any educator in the building who has made a positive impact on their students’ lives.  At the conclusion of this process, nominations will be shared with our educators to recognize their efforts and celebrate all that they have done to help students succeed in this most difficult year!

Please use this link to complete the nomination form no later than Tuesday, April 13th at 10am:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc5Q5YBnDrpShc0DwnmnTLwawz-zn1PVirnaBGnxR9nG654Cw/viewform?usp=sf_link

If you have any trouble opening the link, please copy the link into another browser.

The updated criteria from the state of New Jersey (listed below) will be used to select one Exemplary Secondary Educator from each building; however, we hope that you will nominate any teacher that is special to you regardless of how many years they have been working in our district.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Sincerely,

Keri Myones

Coordinator for RIH Educator Recognition Program
