Mrs. Confrancisco is eager to continue her work in special education as the Supervisor of Special Education Programming.  Her mission is to ensure all children develop into independent, productive, happy adults that contribute to the greater community. With a primary focus on the district’s special education programs, she is working in collaboration with parents, community partners, and agencies, to strengthen the current programs and foster an environment that supports the whole child.


Mrs. Confrancisco previously served as Director of Special Services in the Woodland Park School district and the Marion P. Thomas Charter School District in Newark. In addition, she serves as a consultant for the National Center for Special Education in Charter Schools.  As founding director at Marion P. Thomas Charter, she designed and implemented special education programming pre k -12th grade, recruited and hired child study teams, related services personnel, special education teaching staff, developed procedures and provided professional development for best practices in special education.  Mrs. Confrancisco has served in education for over 20 years, beginning as a school psychologist in the Oradell Public School district. Previous to her work in education, she worked as an Industrial Psychologist in Training, Development and Foreign office support for Davis, Polk and Wardwell, an international law firm.


Mrs. Confrancisco holds her B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University, Master of Arts in Psychology from Western Michigan University, School Psychology certification from Montclair State University, Supervisor certification from Rutgers University, and Principal’s certification from Montclair State University. 


A resident of Wyckoff for over 20 years, Mrs. Confrancisco is honored to support the school community in which she and her husband live and raised their family. Mrs. Confrancisco is proud to give back to her community and serve the Ramapo Indian Hills district, from which her three children graduated.
