Zoom / Remote Learning

In the unlikelihood that we revert back to a hybrid or all remote learning format, the district will continue to use Zoom as the video conferencing platform to deliver remote classroom instructions.  

To ensure security and privacy, teachers will limit access to authorized users only. Students WILL NOT need to sign up for an account with Zoom.  Instead, students should Log in using the "Sign In With" Google option:

  • Go to Zoom:  https://www.zoom.us
  • Click on Sign In
  • Do not enter Email / Password
  • Instead, click on the Google icon towards the bottom of the Sign In pop up window.
  • When prompted, choose the district issued email account to Continue to Zoom

students must use their district issue email (@student.rih.org) to join the Zoom sessions or they will be blocked from joining.
