The Ramapo Indian Hills High School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education programs or activities, which it operates, and it is required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 not to discriminate in such a manner. Title IX and State Affirmative Action Officer. The district official responsible for the coordination of activities relating to compliance with Title IX is Dr. Frank A. This official will provide information, including complaint procedures, to any student who feels that his or her rights, under Title IX and State Affirmative Action Law, may have been violated.
