Excerpt from BOE Policy 0168 - Recording Board Meetings.

"The Board shall live stream and post on a web platform under the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District Board of Education, for viewing within one business day after a board meeting is conducted. The recording shall be retained on that web platform for two calendar years, after which time they may be erased only if permission is necessary, and granted by the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Archives and Records Management.  All such recordings will be erased or destroyed in compliance with laws and rules for the destruction of public records."
