Special Education Parent's Advisory Group (SEPAG)

Welcome to the Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG)

The Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG) is a dedicated committee of parents, educators, and community members committed to supporting and enhancing the educational experience of students with special needs. SEPAG works collaboratively with the school district to ensure
that every student receives the support and resources necessary to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our Mission

SEPAG aims to:
Provide a platform for parents to share experiences and insights about special education services.

- Foster open communication between parents, educators, and the school administration.

- Advocate for the needs and rights of students with disabilities.

- Promote awareness and understanding of special education issues within the community.

What We Do

Monthly Meetings:
SEPAG holds regular meetings where parents and stakeholders can discuss concerns, share information, and collaborate on solutions.

Workshops and Training: We offer educational workshops and training sessions for parents and educators on various topics related to special education.

Resource Sharing:
SEPAG provides access to a wealth of resources, including local services, support groups, and educational materials.

We work closely with the school district to ensure that policies and practices support the needs of students with disabilities.
