Award Bid – end of January
Shop drawings March submitted to architect
Shop drawings approved April
April –July – window fabrication
August 3rd - Start of construction
October 2nd - Substantial completion
October 30th - Final completion.
Bids received January 16, 2020 - Currently under attorney review.
