In 2019, The BOE hired Palestis Educational Consultants-PEC (PalestisConsultants.com) for the purpose to examine the special education program at Ramapo Indian Hills Regional School District, determine strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for program improvements that would benefit this student body and the FLOW community at a fixed cost of $30,000.

The findings were presented in a powerpoint summary and review of the detailed report to the Board and the public on July 26, 2021.
